If you have been invited to apply or have an active or past grant with the Foundation, you may access the grant portal below to submit applications and reports, view grant information, and find answers to frequently asked questions.
Use the grantee portal to:
- Submit applications
- Submit interim and final reports
- View grant details/deadlines
- Update organizational information
- Review grant requirements
Please note: You will need an access code to start your application in the portal. If you do not have your access code, please contact us at info@rlm-foundation.org for assistance.

Portal and Access
How do I access the Foundation portal?
Click the portal login button above and enter your login credentials. If you are a new applicant and have been invited to apply, you will need your email address and select “Forgot Password” to create your password.
What if I do not have my access code?
Please contact the Grants Manager at yazmine@rlm-foundation.org.
Reporting
Where do I submit my interim and/or final report?
All reports should be submitted through the foundation portal unless you were given different instructions.
Can I request an extension for my report deadline?
Yes, please contact your program officer before your deadline to request an extension. Please do not submit your final report until all grant funds have been expended. If you require an extension to your grant end date in order to spend your grant funds, please contact your program officer.
What happens if my report is late or I miss the reporting deadline?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay. Late or missing reports may delay future grant payments.
Renewals and Funding
How do I apply for a renewal grant?
Previous grantees may be invited to apply for renewal funding. If invited, you will receive instructions on how to submit your renewal application through the Foundation portal.
Does receiving a grant mean we will be funded again?
No, previous funding does not guarantee future funding. All renewal requests are reviewed and considered during our grantmaking process.
Grant Changes
What if our project or plans change and we need to use the grant funds differently?
Grant funds should be used for the purpose outlined in your grant application. If your plans change, please contact your program officer in advance to discuss the request.
How do I update my organization’s information?
If your organization has changes to its address, leadership or primary contact, please contact the Grants Manager, yazmine@rlm-foundation.org.
Payments
How are grant payments made?
Our preferred payment method is ACH (Automated Clearing House). Please refer to our ACH Policy for more information.
What if I have not received our grant payment yet?
Grant payments are made according to the payment schedule outlined in your grant agreement and Foundation payment policies. Some payments may be contingent upon receiving required reporting. If you have not received payment, please contact the Grants Manager, yazmine@rlm-foundation.org.
